A good designer is a guide and advisor-not a dictator! Working with you, the designer will assess your needs and wants. She will listen to you describe how the space will be used and how you envision it aesthetically. Then a proposal of design solutions, like a game plan, is offered within your budget. They may encompass space planning, color and finishing selections, lighting, and furniture recommendations.

Each plan is dependent upon the wish list and reality checklist of the client. The master plan will be prioritized and may extend into long-term plans to be done in stages. An interior designer will help you remain focussed and guide you through the overwhelming multitude of choices from design conception to completion.
